I just tried the courier service here and really disappointed by the staff attitude. Bad customer service, the staff are not supportive to customers and they do not provide any or detailed information to customers. Need to be more systematic and professional as one of the largest courier service in Vietnam.

The staff is rude and has no respect for customers. When the customer came in, the female staff said: "Have you created an order yet? Create one." After I created the order, the female employee left the duty desk and disappeared. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and no one came out. I asked the male employee sitting at the desk inside and his attitude was the same, calling me: " Have you created an order yet? Bring it here." Staff, not dad :)

Today, January 4 - I came to deliver goods at Vuon Chuoi Vo. The female employee's attitude towards customers is rude, unpleasant attitude towards customers. TOO BAD!!! Extremely bad. Suggest Vietel Post improve service issues.
