Refund the shopee shipper who did not come to pick up the goods, but arbitrarily stated that the customer rescheduled the delivery date, making me waste my time bringing it to the post office, doing that but still SUCCESSFUL, never using the shipping service J&T again!

Too bad business, 3 4 orders not delivered on time and forced to go to the post office to pick it up, obviously the shop has registered to deliver to the house but refuses to deliver. Doing business like this should be stopped

When I didn't come to pick up the goods, I voluntarily wrote that it was due to the customer's appointment again, not once but twice. Bought through shoppee but shoppee does not support to change the carrier, force me to bring it to the post office. Hilarious etc. The carrier is bad, but shoppee doesn't protect the buyer's rights even worse.
