Through Grab, I placed a parcel pickup to be delivered to HCM so I was directed to a portion of Grab set aside for Ninja Van to operate as a partner. I had placed a delivery for pick up at my place, but a driver never arrived. They called me twice but each time I checked outside and no one was there. I went to text the driver and then before I could do that, they cancelled my delivery. After talking to your customer support, they blamed Grab for the cancellation, and told me to talk to them. I was given an outdated customer support number for Grab and they ended the session without helping me at all and blaming someone else. Very unprofessional, and extremely bad first impression for me as a first time user of this service.

Very very bad and slow service . Be away from this delivery services at all cost . All these 5 stars on Google is paid comments . I choose a shop in hochiminh. Ninja van picked it up from the store the next day. It's been 9 days and still not delivered . Multiple emails and calls but no replies . They clearly aren't ninja service . Delivery service within hochiminh and taking longer than 9 days to deliver is the worst service ever . Even paid 250,000 vnd for the delivery and yet nothing received.

Great service. Rider has good attitude. On Christmas they gave customers a small suprise with gift and lovely costume of rider 😍
