First time experiencing Nhat Tin and feel so bad. Goods stored in the warehouse for nearly a week are not delivered to customers. Contacting the hotline to urge fast delivery can't solve anything. Lack of connection between switchboard and warehouse staff. By the time the customer ran up to the warehouse to pick up the goods, the goods were sent to another warehouse, to another warehouse, the goods were moved to an unknown location, when calling, no one picked up the phone. Asking the reason why the delivery is so late, the staff just silent, can't explain anything. The service is too bad, will never use it again. The word Nhat Tin should be removed.
