I really have never seen a company that looks down on customers like this unit. For more than 2 months, the goods have not been returned, the postman updated every day to be unsuccessful and rescheduled, while there was no call, this is a fraudulent act of the organization, not the individual because of calling the switchboard a lot. can't be solved every time, the company does not have a callback function to explain to customers, even though customers have to call the switchboard for support every day. If you have an order that means something to you and your loved one, maybe a hard-to-find medicine box for your parents, a small gift for your family, would you dare give it? for a bad business unit like this?
